Tree Plantation Drive by Secretary and BTMC Monks at Meditation ParkBodhgaya

In a collective effort to promote environmental sustainability and enrich the sacred atmosphere of the Mahabodhi Mahavihara Temple complex, a tree plantation drive was organized today at the Meditation Park, Bodhgaya.
The initiative witnessed active participation from all Venerable Monks, Employees, Members, and the Member Secretary of the Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee (BTMC), who together planted 40 saplings of various species.
This green initiative reflects BTMC’s ongoing commitment to nature conservation and the creation of a peaceful, meditative environment for pilgrims and visitors from around the world. The newly planted trees are expected to enhance the beauty of the park while contributing to air purification and ecological balance within the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

BTMC expresses heartfelt thanks to all participants and encourages continued support for sustainable and eco-friendly practices in Bodhgaya.
