In the wake of the heinous crime against humanity with the tragic bomb blast near the Red Fort in New Delhi yesterday, which claimed 13 innocent lives, the Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee (BTMC) expressed deep sorrow and solidarity with the victims and their families.


















At the Mahabodhi Mahavihara, the Secretary, monks , members of BTMC and devotees gathered at the Butter Lamp House within the temple premises to offer lights and chant Suttapāṭha for the peace and well-being of all beings, especially dedicating the prayers to those who lost their lives and to their bereaved families.
The serene chanting of the monks symbolized a collective aspiration for peace, compassion, and non-violence to prevail over all forms of hatred and destruction.
The Secretary and the members of BTMC conveyed heartfelt condolences to the families affected by the tragedy and reaffirmed its prayers for harmony and healing in the nation.
